Scattered

I didn’t get a lot of sleep last night, so my thoughts are not expressible in a smooth or succinct form today. I am scattered. So here are a couple non-sequitious thoughts.

There are a lot of lesbians in my company. They all seem to know each other while they are holding up the line at Starbucks in the lobby. They talked about softball today. For some reason, I have great lesbian gaydar. I can spot one three blocks away. There is no advantage to this for me, unfortunately. If only my gaydar for men were as honed.

Normally, when after a couple weeks of trying to ‘convince’ someone you are dating to bottom for the first time, if I hear the phrase ‘I just want to make you happy’, It’s really weird and a big turn off. Not this time. It seemed natural and I believed him. And it did make me happy.
